# XRPLink - XRP Payment Attestation Service

> Cryptographically verified XRP payment receipts on the Flare Network

## What XRPLink Does

XRPLink verifies XRP transactions using Flare's Data Connector (FDC) protocol, producing on-chain cryptographic proofs that a payment occurred. Each verified receipt can be independently validated by anyone.

## Authentication

- **API Key**: Include `X-API-Key: sk_live_...` header for subscription attestations
- **x402 pay-per-use**: No API key needed. POST without a key (or over quota) returns HTTP 402 with PAYMENT-REQUIRED. Pay in XRP or RLUSD on the XRP Ledger, then retry with PAYMENT-SIGNATURE. One payment = one attestation.
- **Bearer Token**: Use `Authorization: Bearer <token>` for account/billing endpoints

### Attestation (API key or x402 payment)
- POST /api/v1/verify/xrp-payment - Submit txHash for attestation. Subscribers inside quota skip payment. Otherwise HTTP 402 (x402).
- GET /api/v1/status/:id - Check attestation status by UUID
- GET /api/v1/status-by-tx/:txHash - Find attestation by txHash

### Public
- GET /receipt/:txHash - View receipt (HTML or JSON with Accept header)
- GET /health - Server health check

Connect via Streamable HTTP transport (POST for requests, GET for SSE).

### Tools
- verify_xrp_payment(txHash) - Create attestation (X-API-Key inside quota, or x402 PAYMENT-SIGNATURE). Unauthenticated calls return a tool error with payment requirements, never HTTP 403.
- get_attestation_status(id) - Check status (keyless)
- lookup_attestation_by_tx(txHash) - Find by txHash (keyless)
- get_attestation_by_round(roundId) - List by FDC round (keyless)
- get_server_info() - Server/network info (keyless)

Testnet (Coston2) has no limits.

Pay-per-use (x402, no subscription): price_usd = max(FLOOR_USD, 20 FLR × FLR/USD × MARKUP). Defaults FLOOR_USD=0.50, MARKUP=3. Paid in XRP or RLUSD via https://xrpl-facilitator-mainnet.t54.ai. Subscribers inside quota are never asked to pay.

## Response Time

- Attestation submission: Immediate
- Proof ready: ~90-180 seconds (FDC voting round)
- On-chain verification: ~30 seconds after proof
